Zechariah 4: Not by Might

Zechariah sees a lamp stand all of gold with seven lamps and two olive trees beside it. The angel gives Yahweh's word to Zerubbabel: not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit. The hands of Zerubbabel laid the foundation of the house, and his hands shall finish it. God asks, who despises the day of small things? The angel says the two olive trees are the two anointed ones who stand by the Lord of the whole earth.
