Genesis 22: God Will Provide

God tested Abraham by telling him to offer Isaac on a mountain in Moriah. Abraham obeyed, trusting that God would provide. When Isaac asked about the lamb, Abraham said God would provide it. At the last moment the angel of the Lord stopped Abraham, and God provided a ram caught in a thicket instead. Abraham named the place Yahweh Will Provide, and God renewed His promise to bless all nations through Abraham's offspring.
