Genesis 19: God Rescues Lot

Two angels came to Sodom, and Lot welcomed them into his home. The men of the city were very wicked and tried to harm the visitors, but the angels protected Lot's household. Because the Lord was merciful, the angels led Lot, his wife and daughters out of the city before God judged Sodom and Gomorrah with fire. Lot's wife looked back and became a pillar of salt. God remembered Abraham and rescued Lot.
