Grafted In
Read the Story
Paul asks, did God reject his people? He answers, "May it never be!" Paul himself was an Israelite. God always keeps some people faithful by his grace.
Paul says God's family is like an olive tree. Some branches from a wild olive tree were joined in. Now they share the tree's root.
Paul says these new branches should not boast. The root holds them up. God can join the first branches back in too.
"For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable." God has mercy on all. Paul praises God. "Oh the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and the knowledge of God!"
Memory Verse
“For of him and through him and to him are all things. To him be the glory for ever! Amen.”
