Psalms 38: Hurry to Help Me, Lord

The title says this is A Psalm by David, for a memorial. David asks Yahweh not to rebuke him in anger. He feels crushed by his sins, like a heavy burden that is too heavy for him. He is in pain, his strength fails, and even his friends stand far away. But David says, Lord, all my desire is before you. For I hope in you, Yahweh. You will answer. He says he will confess his sin and be sorry for it. He ends, Don't forsake me, Yahweh. Hurry to help me, Lord, my salvation.
