Psalms 10: God Sees and Helps

Psalm 10 begins by asking why Yahweh stands far off in times of trouble. The wicked are proud and hunt down the weak. They say in their hearts that God has forgotten. But the psalmist says God does see trouble and grief and helps the victim and the fatherless. Yahweh is King forever and ever. He has heard the desire of the humble.
