Numbers 13: Twelve Spies

Moses sends twelve leaders, one from each tribe, to explore Canaan. After forty days they return with a huge cluster of grapes carried on a pole. They report that the land flows with milk and honey, but ten say the people are too strong. Caleb urges them to go up at once, for they are well able to overcome it.
