Jeremiah 43: Going to Egypt Anyway

In Jeremiah 43 the leaders refuse to believe God's message. They say Jeremiah is lying, and they take all the people to Egypt, even Jeremiah and Baruch. In Egypt God tells Jeremiah to hide large stones in the brickwork at Pharaoh's house. It is a sign that the king of Babylon will come there too. Running away from God's word does not bring safety.
