Genesis 8: The Waters Go Down

God remembered Noah and the animals and sent a wind so the waters went down. The ark came to rest on the mountains of Ararat. Noah sent out a raven and a dove; the dove came back with an olive leaf. When the earth was dry, God told Noah to come out. Noah built an altar and worshiped, and God promised that while the earth remains, seasons, day and night will not stop.
