Genesis 43: Benjamin Goes to Egypt

The famine continued, and the family needed more food. Judah promised his father that he would be responsible for Benjamin's safety. Jacob prayed for God Almighty to give them mercy and let Benjamin go. In Egypt, Joseph's steward welcomed the brothers, released Simeon, and told them their God had given them their money. Joseph saw Benjamin, was overcome, and wept privately. He then hosted a feast and gave Benjamin five times as much as the others.
