Exodus 15: The Song of Moses

After crossing the sea, Moses and Israel sang a song of praise: I will sing to Yahweh, for he has triumphed gloriously. They praised God as their strength, song and salvation, and asked, Who is like you, Yahweh, among the gods? Miriam led the women with tambourines and dancing. Three days later at Marah the water was bitter, and the people complained. God showed Moses a tree; he threw it into the water, and it became sweet. God said that He is Yahweh who heals you. Then they camped at Elim with twelve springs and seventy palm trees.
