Deuteronomy 28: Blessings for Obeying

Moses describes the blessings that will come if Israel listens to God's voice: blessing in the city and field, on children, crops, and animals, in coming in and going out, with rain in its season. He then warns at length of curses that will come if they turn away, ending with defeat, hunger, scattering among the nations, and a return to slavery.
