Psalms 27 · Grade 3
One Thing I Ask
Read the Story
The title says this psalm is By David. Yahweh is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? Yahweh is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid? Even if an army should camp against him, his heart shall not fear.
One thing I have asked of Yahweh: that I may dwell in Yahweh's house all the days of my life, to see Yahweh's beauty. In the day of trouble, God will hide him and lift him up on a rock. When God said, Seek my face, David's heart answered, I will seek your face, Yahweh. Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage.
Memory Verse
“Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh.”
