The Apple of God's Eye

Name Date

Read the Story

The title says this is a Prayer by David. David asked Yahweh to hear his prayer. He said, I have called on you, for you will answer me, God.

David asked God, Keep me as the apple of your eye. Hide me under the shadow of your wings. Like a bird keeps her babies safe, God kept David safe. David said, I shall see your face.

Memory Verse

“I have called on you, for you will answer me, God. Turn your ear to me. Hear my speech.”
