Read the Story

Jesus went up a mountain to pray. He prayed all night. In the morning, He chose twelve men to be His apostles.

Jesus taught the people. He said, Love your enemies. Do good to them. Pray for people who are mean to you. Treat others the way you want to be treated.

Jesus told about two builders. One built his house on a rock. When the flood came, the house stood strong. People who listen to Jesus and obey are like that wise builder.

  • Jesus said to give, and it will be given to you. What can you give to someone this week?
  • Jesus said a good tree makes good fruit. What good things can come out of your heart?
