“Their heart cried to the Lord. O wall of the daughter of Zion, let tears run down like a river day and night. Give yourself no relief. Don’t let your eyes rest.”

Lamentations 2:18 (WEB)

Prayer

Thank You, God, for making me!

Take It Home

Read the verse aloud. Then explain that God's people were very sad. They were told to cry out to God in the night and pour out their hearts to him. Explain that we can tell God anything, even when we are sad or scared. Pray together.
