Job 7: Job Speaks to God

Job continues his reply and then turns to speak to God directly. He says his days are swifter than a weaver's shuttle and that his life is a breath. He cannot rest at night, and he will not keep silent but will speak in the anguish of his spirit. He asks God what man is, that God should set His mind on him, and why God does not pardon him.
