Jeremiah 7 · Grade 2
Stand in the Gate
Read the Story
God sent Jeremiah to the gate of his house. Many people came in to worship. Jeremiah told them to change their ways.
The people thought the temple would keep them safe. But they were not kind or fair. God wanted them to obey his voice. Then he would be their God.
Memory Verse
“Yahweh of Armies, the God of Israel says, “Amend your ways and your doings, and I will cause you to dwell in this place.”
