Isaiah 8 · Grade 2
God Is with Us
Read the Story
God told Isaiah to write a long name on a big tablet. Then Isaiah had a son. God gave the boy that name. It was a sign of what would happen soon.
Many people were afraid. But God told Isaiah not to fear what they feared. He should honor God as holy. Isaiah said he would wait for God. He told people to turn to God's law.
Memory Verse
“I will wait for Yahweh, who hides his face from the house of Jacob, and I will look for him.”
