Read the verse aloud. Say: A bruised reed is a bent plant. A dim wick is a tiny flame. God's servant is gentle and does not hurt weak things. In the New Testament, Matthew says this servant is Jesus (Matthew 12:18-21). Let's practice saying: Jesus is gentle (Matthew 12:18-21).
