God Cares About the Poor

Name Date

Read the Story

The people of Judah did wrong. Their words and deeds were against God. God said he would take away their bread and water. He would take away their leaders too.

But God had good news for the righteous. It will be well with them. They will eat the fruit of their deeds. God also stands up for the poor. He saw that the leaders had taken from them.

Memory Verse

“Tell the righteous that it will be well with them, for they will eat the fruit of their deeds.”
