Isaiah 24 · Grade 3
The Majesty of Yahweh
Read the Story
Isaiah said the earth would be shaken. People had broken God's laws and His everlasting covenant. The joy of the harp and tambourine would stop.
But some would lift their voices. "They will shout for the majesty of Yahweh." Isaiah said, "glorify Yahweh in the east." Songs would come from the ends of the earth.
In the end, Yahweh of Armies will reign on Mount Zion. His glory will be so bright that the sun and moon will seem dim.
Memory Verse
“Therefore glorify Yahweh in the east, even the name of Yahweh, the God of Israel, in the islands of the sea!”
