Isaiah 23 · Grade 2
A Rich City
Read the Story
Tyre was a rich city by the sea. Its ships sailed far away. Its traders were like princes. The people were proud of their riches.
God planned to humble Tyre's pride. Later its money would be holy to God. It would feed and clothe God's people.
Memory Verse
“Yahweh of Armies has planned it, to stain the pride of all glory, to bring into contempt all the honorable of the earth.”
