Isaiah 15 · Grade 2

A Sad Message

Name Date

Read the Story

Moab was a nation near Israel. Isaiah had a sad message for Moab. Their cities would be ruined.

The people cried in the streets. Isaiah said his heart cried out for Moab. He cared about them even though they were not his people. God cares when people are sad.

Memory Verse

“In their streets, they clothe themselves in sackcloth. In their streets and on their housetops, everyone wails, weeping abundantly.”

Isaiah 15:3 (WEB)
