Isaiah 10 · Grade 2

Lean on God

Name Date

Read the Story

Some leaders made unfair laws. They took what belonged to poor people. God said this was wrong. He cares for widows and children with no father.

A proud king said he was strong all by himself. God said an ax cannot brag against the one who uses it. God promised that some of His people would return to Him. They would lean on God and trust Him.

Memory Verse

“A remnant will return, even the remnant of Jacob, to the mighty God.”

Isaiah 10:21 (WEB)
