Hebrews 10 · Grade 3

Draw Near

Name Date

Read the Story

Hebrews 10 says the law had a shadow of the good things to come. The priests offered the same sacrifices year by year. But it is impossible that the blood of bulls and goats should take away sins.

Jesus said, Behold, I have come to do your will. He offered one sacrifice for sins forever and sat down at the right hand of God. God says, I will remember their sins and their iniquities no more.

So believers can draw near with a true heart. They can hold fast their hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful. They should spur one another on to love and good works, and not stop meeting together. They need endurance to receive the promise.

Memory Verse

“For you need endurance so that, having done the will of God, you may receive the promise.”

Hebrews 10:36 (WEB)
