Ezekiel 37 · Grade 3
Breath Came Into Them
Read the Story
Ezekiel says the Spirit took him to a valley full of very dry bones. God asked if the bones could live. Ezekiel said that only God knew.
God told Ezekiel to speak to the bones. There was a rattling, and the bones came together. Then God told Ezekiel to speak to the breath. Breath came in, and they stood up, a great army.
God said the bones were his people, who felt their hope was gone. God would put his Spirit in them and bring them home. He would make them one nation again.
Memory Verse
“So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up on their feet, an exceedingly great army.”
