Ezekiel 19 · Grade 2
A Sad Song
Read the Story
God asked Ezekiel to sing a sad song. It was about the kings of Israel. The song said their mother was like a lion.
The song also said she was like a vine by the water. The vine grew big. But then it was taken to a dry land. The kings did not follow God, and that made everyone sad.
Memory Verse
““‘Your mother was like a vine in your blood, planted by the waters. It was fruitful and full of branches by reason of many waters.”
