Exodus 36: More Than Enough

Bezalel, Oholiab and every skilled worker began the work. The people kept bringing freewill offerings every morning, until the craftsmen told Moses that the people were bringing much more than enough. Moses had a message proclaimed throughout the camp that no one should bring any more, and the people were restrained from giving. The workers made the ten curtains of fine linen with cherubim, the goats' hair curtains, the coverings of skins, the acacia wood frames overlaid with gold and the veil.
