Exodus 26: The Tabernacle Tent

God gave Moses detailed plans for the tabernacle itself. It would have ten beautiful linen curtains of blue, purple and scarlet with cherubim woven into them, joined with gold clasps. Over them went coverings of goat hair, rams' skins dyed red and fine leather. Gold-covered boards of acacia wood stood in silver bases. A veil of blue, purple and scarlet with cherubim would hang inside to separate the holy place from the most holy place, where the ark would rest. The table and lampstand would stand in the holy place, and a colorful screen would hang at the door.
