Acts 23 · Grade 2
God Is with Paul
Read the Story
Paul spoke to the leaders. He said he had tried to do what was right before God.
The leaders began to argue. The commander took Paul to a safe place.
That night the Lord stood by Paul. He told Paul to cheer up. Paul would tell about Jesus in Rome too!
Some people made a bad plan to hurt Paul. Paul's nephew heard about it. He told the commander. Soldiers took Paul safely to another city.
Memory Verse
“The following night, the Lord stood by him and said, “Cheer up, Paul, for as you have testified about me at Jerusalem, so you must testify also at Rome.””
