Acts 16 · Grade 2

Songs at Midnight

Name Date

Read the Story

Paul had a dream. A man asked him to come and help. So Paul and his friends sailed to a new land.

By a river they met a woman named Lydia. God opened her heart. She and her family were baptized.

Later Paul helped a girl in Jesus' name. Her owners got angry. Paul and Silas were put in jail.

At midnight Paul and Silas prayed and sang to God. The ground shook! The doors opened. The jailer asked how to be saved. They said to believe in the Lord Jesus (Acts 16:31). His whole family believed.
