Good News in Antioch
Read the Story
Peter told the church what God did for Cornelius. The church praised God. The good news was for everyone!
Some believers went to the city of Antioch. They told many people about Jesus. A great number believed (Acts 11:21).
The church sent Barnabas. He was a good man. He was glad and told them to stay close to the Lord. Then he got Saul to help teach.
In Antioch the friends of Jesus were first called Christians (Acts 11:26). They sent gifts to help others.
