Paul told Timothy to tell people God's word all the time. Some people would not want to hear the truth. But Timothy should keep teaching it.

Paul knew he would soon go to be with the Lord. He said he had stayed faithful, like a runner who finishes a race. God had a crown waiting for him. Paul said the Lord stood by him and made him strong.
