1 Chronicles 9 · Grade 2
Morning by Morning
Read the Story
God's people had to go far away. Later they came back home. They lived in Jerusalem again.
Some men kept the gates of God's house. They kept watch on all four sides. They opened the doors every morning.
Some helpers made the bread. Some took care of the cups and bowls. The singers worked day and night.
Memory Verse
“They stayed around God’s house, because that was their duty; and it was their duty to open it morning by morning.”
