1 Chronicles 25 · Grade 2
Singing to God
Read the Story
David chose families to make music for God. They played harps and cymbals. They sang to thank God.
There were two hundred eighty-eight singers. They were all skillful. They learned to sing to God.
They made twenty-four groups. The small and the great drew lots the same. The teacher and the student did too.
Memory Verse
“The number of them, with their brothers who were instructed in singing to Yahweh, even all who were skillful, was two hundred eighty-eight.”
