God Is Fair

Name Date

Read the Story

The title says David sang this to Yahweh. David says, Yahweh, my God, I take refuge in you. He asks God to save him from all who chase him. He asks God to judge what is right.

God searches minds and hearts. God is a righteous judge. That means he is always fair. David says his shield is with God. God saves the upright in heart. A wicked man digs a hole and falls in it himself. David will give thanks to Yahweh. He will sing praise to his name.

Memory Verse

“My shield is with God, who saves the upright in heart.”
