Psalms 67 · Grade 3

Your Face Shining on Us

Name Date

Read the Story

Psalm 67 is a short song. It prays, May God be merciful to us, bless us, and cause his face to shine on us. God's shining face means his kindness and favor.

Why does the song ask for blessing? So that God's way may be known on earth, and his salvation among all nations. Then the song says, Let all the peoples praise you.

The nations will be glad and sing for joy. God judges the peoples fairly. The earth has yielded its increase. God will bless us, and all the ends of the earth shall fear him.

Memory Verse

“God will bless us. All the ends of the earth shall fear him.”
