Make Me Clean

Name Date

Read the Story

David did something wrong. He was sorry. He prayed to God. He said, Have mercy on me, God. He asked God to wash him and make him clean.

He said, Wash me, and I will be whiter than snow. He asked God for a clean heart. He asked God to give back his joy. God does not turn away a sorry heart.

Memory Verse

“Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a right spirit within me.”
