God Hears in the Morning

Name Date

Read the Story

The title says this is a Psalm by David. David asks God to listen to his cry. He calls God my King and my God. In the morning David prays. He knows God will hear his voice.

Evil can't live with God. But because of God's loving kindness, David will come into his house. He asks Yahweh to lead him. All who take refuge in God can rejoice and shout for joy. God will bless the righteous. He will surround them with favor as with a shield.

Memory Verse

“Yahweh, in the morning you will hear my voice. In the morning I will lay my requests before you, and will watch expectantly.”

Psalms 5:3 (WEB)
