Psalms 49 · Grade 2
Money Can't Save Us
Read the Story
The title says this is a Psalm by the sons of Korah. The writer said, Hear this, all you peoples. Rich and poor, listen! He spoke words of wisdom. Some people trust in their money.
But money cannot pay God for a person's life. People cannot take their riches with them. The writer said, But God will redeem my soul. He will receive me. God is better than riches!
Memory Verse
“But God will redeem my soul from the power of Sheol, for he will receive me. Selah.”
