Psalms 48 · Grade 2

This God Is Our God

Name Date

Read the Story

The title says this is a Psalm by the sons of Korah. Great is Yahweh, and greatly to be praised! God's city was on his holy mountain. It was beautiful. Some kings saw it. They were amazed and hurried away.

God's people thought about his loving kindness in the temple. They said, Walk about Zion, and go around her. Number its towers. They wanted to tell the next generation about it. For this God is our God forever and ever. He will be our guide.

Memory Verse

“For this God is our God forever and ever. He will be our guide even to death.”
