Our Fathers Have Told Us
Read the Story
The title says this is For the Chief Musician, By the sons of Korah, a contemplative psalm. We have heard with our ears, God. Our fathers have told us what work you did in their days. God gave them the land. It was not their own arm that saved them, but your right hand, your arm, and the light of your face.
God, you are my King. In God we have made our boast all day long. But now the people were having a hard time. They said, We haven't forgotten you. They prayed, Wake up! Why do you sleep, Lord? Rise up to help us.
Memory Verse
“In God we have made our boast all day long. We will give thanks to your name forever. Selah.”
