The title says this psalm is by David. David said, I will bless Yahweh at all times. I sought Yahweh, and he answered me. God took away all his fears.

David said, Oh taste and see that Yahweh is good. God's angel camps around those who fear him. David said, Come, you children, listen to me. Do good. Seek peace. God is near to people who are sad.
