Psalms 14: God Looks Down from Heaven

The title says this psalm is for the Chief Musician and is by David. The fool has said in his heart that there is no God. Yahweh looked down from heaven to see if anyone understood and sought after God, and there was no one who does good, no, not one. Yet God is in the generation of the righteous, Yahweh is the refuge of the poor, and the psalm longs for the salvation of Israel to come out of Zion.
