Psalms 135 · Grade 3
Greater Than All Gods
Read the Story
Psalm 135 begins, Praise Yah! Praise Yahweh's name! Praise Yah, for Yahweh is good. He has chosen Israel for his own possession.
For I know that Yahweh is great, that our Lord is above all gods. He does whatever he pleases in heaven and earth. He brings rain and wind.
God sent signs and wonders in Egypt and gave his people a land. But the idols of the nations are silver and gold. They have mouths, but they can't speak. They have eyes, but they can't see. House of Israel, praise Yahweh!
