Proverbs says it is better to be poor and honest than to tell lies. Being honest is better than being rich.

Proverbs says, He who has pity on the poor lends to Yahweh; he will reward him. When we help people in need, we serve God.

Proverbs says that people make many plans. But Yahweh's counsel will prevail. God's plans always win.
