Read the Story

Miriam and Aaron were Moses' sister and brother. They said unkind things about Moses. They wanted to be as important as he was.

But Moses was very humble. He did not try to make himself big. God heard what they said. God came down in a cloud and told them Moses was His faithful servant.

Miriam became sick with a skin disease. Moses prayed, Please heal her, God! After seven days, Miriam came back. The people waited for her before they moved on.
