Nehemiah 9 · Grade 2
Saying Sorry to God
Read the Story
The people met to pray. They read God's book. They told God they had done wrong.
Then they told God how good He is. He made the sky and the sea. He led His people out of Egypt. He led them with a cloud by day and fire at night. He gave them bread from the sky.
The people did wrong again and again. But God did not leave them. He is kind. He is full of love. He forgives.
Memory Verse
““Nevertheless in your manifold mercies you didn’t make a full end of them, nor forsake them; for you are a gracious and merciful God.”
Nehemiah 9:31 (WEB)
