Matthew 20 · Grade 2
Two Men Can See
Read the Story
Two men sat by the road. They could not see. They heard that Jesus was walking by.
They cried out, "Lord, have mercy on us, you son of David!" The crowd told them to be quiet. But they called out even louder!
Jesus stopped. He felt sorry for them. He touched their eyes, and right away they could see! Then they followed Jesus.
Memory Verse
“Jesus, being moved with compassion, touched their eyes; and immediately their eyes received their sight, and they followed him.”

For families: talk about these together.
- Jesus came to serve. How can you serve someone at home?
- The workers grumbled about the owner's kindness. Why is it hard to be happy when others are blessed?
